How many bikes should I own

September 22, 2010

I’ve come across two simple formulas for working out how many bikes you should have.

The first is (n + 1) where n is the number of bikes you currently own.

The second is (d – 1) where d is the number of bikes that will cause a divorce.

As long as (n + 1) ≤ (d – 1) then you won’t have a problem.

See? It’s as simple as that.

Or just make sure that your partner have more bicycles than you and then you are sorted and never have to worry about d-1 🙂

At five currently, but they all have a unique purpose, honest.
