Hi Adrian –
Another cracking Dynamo this year, and great to see you at the start. We got to the beach a little after you at about 5:30 (sunrise just outside Peasenhall – beautiful!) I think I might have seen you outside the cafe while I was on my way in… but by that time I was too tired to string more than a couple of words together!

It was an excellent ride. Still haven’t made it into the sea for some post ride hydrotherapy yet, maybe in 2013. See you then…
