Weight loss is going to be my biggest challenge:
Aim for light riding (commuting) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (~30km), medium distances on Tuesday and Thursdays (~50km) and longer distance on Saturdays (~100km).
Aim to keep a regular training pattern with each month’s total over 1,000km.
